Infective Endocarditis Associated with Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C): Two Case Studies

Infective endocarditis (IE) is the infection of endocardial surface heart. IE rare disease with significant complications which require early diagnosis and proper treatment for reducing morbidity mortality.IE vegetation on pulmonary valve, leaflets are uncommon. However, we have diagnosed one case infective associated Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) related COVID-19. MIS-C commonly coronary artery aneurysm (CAA), myocarditis heart failure. Our patient had was subsequently affected due to COVID. The child valve flail valve-leaflet grade II regurgitation CAA. second previously as treated other hospital intravenous antibiotic four weeks. our he clinically, by laboratory investigations echocardiography large vegetation, surgically removed, biopsy revealed mycobacterium tuberculosis causative organism.
